1. Please check all frequencies used in your country before purchasing our products in order to make sure that they match each other.

2. Jamming radius varies depending on the power of mobile phone signals and the power of jammers. The signals from base stations of cell phones must be less than 80dB in accordance with many American and European communication standards.

3. The full responsibility of the purchasing our products and importing them lies on the customer. Because of laws and legal differences between countries right after the purchase customer is completely responsible for all following actions like importing and using our products in his or her country.

4. Any kind of product returns or compensations are not acceptable if everything is fine with the product.

5. All kinds of our products are always tested before the shipment to the clients and are in perfect condition, but if anything like damage will happen, you can return the product to us for inspection and to replace it with another one.

6. When you confirm the shipping details of your order, you will get the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

You NEED to answer that e-mail because your shipment will start only after that. In case you have not received confirmation e-mail contact us by e-mail address in order to start the delivery of your products. As a rule the orders’ confirmation is made the same day you have made those orders but only after the verification of your address and phone number. In two or three working days after the shipment started your goods would be delivered to you.
